Everything I publish is held to the same simple promises.
- Experience first. I write about what I’ve actually done with my own senior dog and the products I’ve genuinely used.
- No medical claims. I will never say a product “cures” or “treats” a condition. I share comfort measures and lived experience, and I route you to your own veterinarian for care.
- Clear about money. I’m reader-supported through clearly disclosed affiliate links and ads. No one gets a better write-up for paying. See my affiliate disclosure.
- Plain, kind language. No jargon, no fear-mongering, no fake urgency — just calm, useful help.
- Not a vet. I’m not a veterinarian, and nothing here is medical advice. I research health topics carefully and always point you back to your own vet for diagnosis and treatment.
- I fix mistakes. If I get something wrong, tell me — I’ll correct it and note the change, with the update date shown on the page.
